Birdie Louise Snowden, 77, passed away Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005, in Arlington. She was surrounded by family and friends.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Sunday, Lake Arlington Baptist Church, 2912 Little Rd. Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Read MoreIf you looked up the word "Saint" in the Dictionary you would find a picture of Louise Snowden beside it. Louise was a friend to all that ever met her. She was a prayer warrior. She loved her lord very much and is now spending eternity with her lord, her husband, and all the other angels in heaven.
I will miss her very much but, I know that I will see her again someday. We all love you Ms. Louise!

Louise was a very dear person and will always hold a special place in my heart. The last time I saw her was on my birthday, September 11th, 2001. I went to visit her in the hospital while America was under attack on the television. We lost touch after that, but I thought about her often. She helped me get through some trying times in my life with her prayer and love. Thank you Louise, for sharing your spirit with me. May the wings of angels fly you home and carry you to your rest.
