So saddened to hear of your loss. Blake was always working hard and making friends with all people that he met along his life's journey. I was fortunate to work for Blake for three years. First at The Courtyard Hotel and then at The French Quarter Suites Hotel. When he quit managing, I quit. I will hold a special place in my heart for all the fond memories, Blake. Love,,

I have many wonderful memories of Blake at the Country Club he owned in Bywater. We'd walk over and spent the weekends in the Sun with Blake and other friends enjoying life. He always had a sincere smile on his face. Will miss you Blake.

I am in shock over the news of Blake, I worked for Blake at French Quarter Suites for many years. To the Miller Family I am so sorry for your loss... The good Lord mush have opened a new hotel and needed Blake.... rest in peace Blake....

We send our deep condolences to you all. We have spent wonderful weeks at the FQS during JazzFest over the course of many years. Blake's warm personality and his personal touch are reflected in the attitude of the staff at FQS. We always enjoy our stay and feel like we are coming back to people we know when we visit. Blake's crawfish boil dinner was a true southern crawfish experience and he helped to make it a wonderful memory for us. Our memories of New Orleans will always be colored by the warmth of Blake's hospitality and his ready smile.

What a beautiful message about your beloved brother, uncle, and friend! I will miss his (always) beaming, smiling face at the annual Christmas party and at other family gatherings.
