The Bentovoja family came to our aid when we were almost down and out, and no Christmas or Easter was complete without a visit to their festive table.
At a time when so many of us aspired to be cartoonists or sports announcers, Boss seemed to do it all. In my loneliest days away from home, his caricatures on the cover of the weekly TV Guide were an encouragement and a strong link to the wholesomeness of our upbtinging.
