We will very much miss siting by and visiting with Coach each Sunday in church. He was so jovial and we always enjoyed discussing the weekly sports events with him.

I have had the privelege of knowing you and Bobby for just a few years, but I have grown to love you guys! Bobby could always make me laugh, even when I was feeling a little bit grumpy. He was a good and decent man. And he was so proud of you Pat. He always bragged on what a wonderful athlete you were. What a huge loss for our neighborhood, and for the family. I will miss seeing him at the mailbox. Rest in peace Coach.

Coach Carter you made a lasting impression on me as my Government teacher and coach. I always enjoyed going to government class. You made in interesting, informative and humorous.God Bless you Coach. Eduardo Holguin, Class of 1964

My deepest sympathy to the Carter family. I met Bobby through my Dad, George Carter. My Dad dearly loved this man and held him in high esteem. When my Dad reached a point in his life where his age kept him home, Bobby did not miss a week without 2 or 3 visits a week. My Dad so looked forward to those visits. My Father loved golf and Bobby would sit and listen to his golf stories day in and day out!!! Everyone should have a friend like Bobby Carter was to us. God's Grace fall full upon this...
