Not sure what to say?

Bobby was a good friend. He is missed.

We had many police officers that came to the Old Trainers Drive In at OST and Holcombe to have coffee, but no one could make another day of work more enjoyable than Bobby and his wonderful smile. Remembering you with special thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry that I am just now finding out about Bobby's passing. He was one of my very best committee men at HLSR Horse Show. May God comfort you and your family as you work through this very sad time. Judy Pence Jordan

I am so sorry for all of us that Bobby is gone. I remember him at the Magnolia football games in his HPD uniform, when I was in High School. Since my family were also HPD, I always respected him. I was fortunate to visit with him on rodeo committee also... will miss his smile!

on behalf of my father blase dragna and our entire family i whould like to say that we are greatly sorry to hear about bobbys passing .you are in our prayers and thoughts.

I regret that Jill and I were in Green Bay, Wisconsin until the 24th, and did not know of Bobby's passing. Linda wrote me an email which I just got today. We all shared so many wonderful times with the Goodson family. We gained so many friends, and had so much fun together as the kids grew up..all because of your generosity and kindness to us all. Brian, Jill, Scott and I are so sorry to know you have lost a beloved husband, father and grandfather. I hope happy memories make the days ahead...

I have heard a saying that fits the passing of Bobby perfect - People come into our lives and leave foot steps on our heart - this is true with Bobby. My husband and I have know him for many years and thankful for the opoortunity. He was so wonderful with Danny when he was ill, I will never forget him. Johnny may God be with you during this very sad time, I will be thinking and praying for you and your family.

Please accept our deepest sympathies to the Goodson family and our prayers are with you all. Knowing he is in a better place and not in pain.
(Jimmy worked on HLSR committee with Bobby).

Bobby was an awesome gentleman. I remember his photo hanging in Goodson's Cafe in Hufsmith. He was a handsome young policeman and was in his HPD uniform. Later my son had the pleasure of having "COACH GOODSON" for his Redcat football coach. He was always so patient and helped start the process of turning young boys into fine teenagers and later into great men. And after that I had the pleasure of seeing him hard at work volunteering at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for many years....
