I served with Chief Hyman aboard the USS Wainwright. I was a mess cook in the chief’s mess. Chief Hyman taught me many useful things Including how to make bug juice. He was always kind and considerate to this lowly seaman.

Bob, a year has passed and it seems just like yesterday. We miss you dearly. You and Ann were so good to my mom. ❤❤

So sorry to hear of the passing of a friend from childhood and school days. May he now rest in perfect peace. Condolences to Ann and the rest of the family.
