Your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Brad was a true mentor and supporter during all of my career as we worked to change the lives of our youth and families. The changes he inputted while have long lasting positive effects on our community. I was honored to work with him and will carry his legacy forward.

I worked for Brad in 1985-1987 and he was always a strong man of few words who got straight to the point. So sorry for the families and cities loss. Blessings.
