A daily reminder of who and why
We sit here remembering them today
These heroes that now lie in their grave.

While here on earth, the bravest ones

To the family of Brady Rudolph:

I am very sorry for your loss. I began my Works of Heart project for families like yours. I offer a free pencil portrait to Oklahoma military families who have lost someone in this war. It is just a small way I can say “Thank you” and “I’m sorry.” Master’s House Framing in Moore, Oklahoma, is generously providing their framing services for this project.

I would very much like to draw David for you if you are interested. Just contact me at...

Although some time has passed since the loss of these fallen soldiers, our memories are still fresh. These 7 men are just a few who have given the supreme act of service. On this Memorial Day, I've set aside time to reflect on the past and remember that your family is now a Gold Star Family, too. CWO Rudolf, thank you for you service and duty. Thank you for paying the ultimate sacrifice...to protect our country and our freedom.
Sister of Spc. Jeffrey S. Henthorn (Balad, Iraq Feb. 8, 2005)

God bless this special soldier and his grieving loved ones. Be by their side in their time of need.
