One of the best boys' volleyball players at Boone high school! Brett always had the kindest and most encouraging things to say to me, especially during a hard game. Everything he did, he did with passion and gratitude. We worked so closely together in the volleyball program and I will never forget his smile or the way he would make you feel accepted. When we came to FSU, I would see Brett on my walk to class every week during freshman year, and seeing a familiar face such as Brett's made...

I was Brett´s Geometry teacher at Conway MS. Brett was such a wonderful and kind-hearted young man. He was funny, talented, and always pursued academic excellence. I know he will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know him. May the God of peace and hope comfort and strengthen you in this most difficult time.
