One of the best boys' volleyball players at Boone high school! Brett always had the kindest and most encouraging things to say to me, especially during a hard game. Everything he did, he did with passion and gratitude. We worked so closely together in the volleyball program and I will never forget his smile or the way he would make you feel accepted. When we came to FSU, I would see Brett on my walk to class every week during freshman year, and seeing a familiar face such as Brett's made college life that felt so big at the time, made it feel so familiar, and comfortable. He will be dearly missed. My deepest condolences to the Creel family
