Read MoreBrian and Judy were our neighbors in Uptown Charlotte when we lived in the same condominium complex. I´m grateful to have gotten to know them as friends. Brian and I were involved in several HOA initiatives; he was always polite, courteous, professional, and hilarious. The world, especially Charlotte, is a better place because of him. He´ll be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Brian was a special human being, indeed. Brian and Judy were neighbors of ours when we lived Uptown. He was always very kind and funny. I always looked forward to crossing paths with him around the building. In fact, a few of us were speaking fondly of him the other night and that's how we came across this beautiful obituary. Friends and family, please know that his wonderful spirit and memory live on.

Brian was a special pal. Yes, our families did a lot of partying together, and Brian and I played tennis at Carmel CC. He was always very thoughtful, dearly loved his family, and is on top of my personal list as a really great guy. May God bless you, Pal. Dick Tomlinson
