Read MoreI am an old friend from over 30 years ago and an attorney. We shared our Northeast PA roots when we first met in Philadelphia. I have nothing but very fond memories of Brian. He was a wonderful, gentle and kind person, while professionally being a powerhouse advocate for his clients. Mr. Devlin said it best, the world is a lesser place without him.

I was J. Brian's secretary at the law department for a little while. He gave me the best Christmas card I ever received. It urged me to be a rebel (which I would like to be)- "to have a happy Christmas and a merry new year".
