I remember Brian as being my first 'crush' in high school although he didn't know. He was so kind to everyone in high school. I believe he played the trumpet in the school band with me? Such a sad loss. It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through.

Brian,
From the first time I met you so many years ago, I found such a caring and gentle soul, a smile that lit up a room, a sense of humor that everybody loved, your swagger and kindness were loved by all that knew you.
God had a different plan and that was to save you from the demons that were taking you over.
Watch over all those that struggle Brian....we need your wings of encouragement, your soul to guide all the others that have suffered and are suffering.

So sorry for your loss. I was a classmate and would run into Brian over the years in Fremont. He was a wonderful man and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time.
