Read MoreBrian and I worked together at the general services administration, office of Inspector General, for many years. We were good friends. I cannot remember a day where we did not have lunch or take a break together. Although we did not stay in touch after we retired, I still thought of Brian often and hoped he was happy and in good health. Rest in peace, my friend.
