Not sure what to say?

Nine years later, and the memory and spirit of this intelligent, fun loving and thoughtful guy still lives on brightly. Miss you, Brian. A light went out when you left us.

I knew Brian while at Marist and saddened to learn of his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends with my deepest condolences.

Blaise: We are so sorry for your loss. Like others who have posted here, we have heard great stories about you and your brother growing up in Jersey City. Find comfort in those memories and know that you have an entire family who support you, love you unconditionally and who grieve with you.

Dear Susanne, Kyle and Christian,
We are so sad to hear about Brian. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Blaise - I was very sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. I extend my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I know you are thankful that you had him in your life and continue to remember him as your "kid brother." My family and I are here for you. Let us know anything that we can do.

Blaise, Patti, and Schmidt Family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Brian. I know this must be a devastating time for all of you. I hope you find comfort knowing you are in the thoughts and prayers of those who care about you and your family. May your brother find comfort and peace in God's arms.

Blaise and Patti, May you find comfort in your memories and prayer. May the knowledge that so many people care about you give you strength in this very difficult time.

Blaise,

I am truly sorry for your loss. Losing a brother is never easy, and I hope you find comfort knowing Brian lived a good life. I can't help but laugh out loud when you tell the stories of you and Brian growing up in Jersey City. I will keep you and Patti and your family in my prayers.

While I never had the opportunity to meet Brian, I know his brother Blaise well. Blaise, who also survives Brain, is a good man and has always spoken highly of Brian. From Blaise's stories, I know that Brian too was a good father and enjoyed a blessed life.

My deepest sympathies go out to the entire Schmidt family. May God comfort you is this time and bless your lives as he did Brian's.
