Brian F. Spiers

RIP Brian .

I never met Brian in person. My brother-in-law, Ken Waldeck, worked with Brian to fashion our ground lease agreement for 2100 Market Street. When I step in as manager I had several occasions to get to know Brian through phone conversations. He was a genuine pleasure to work with. Our family sends our deepest condolences.

Dear Debi, I'm so sorry to hear about Brian. It was always a pleasure to have you and Brian as neighbors on Knockash. You were leaders on our block and did so much to make our neighborhood the best it could be. Brian's positive energy, good nature, expertise, caring and ideas anchored our HOA. I have very fond memories of working with him and you. Please accept my deepest and heartfelt condolences.

I am sorry to have missed the memorial as I missed the notice.

I was so sorry to hear about Brian. I´ll always remember the good times we shared. Thinking of you and your family doing this difficult time.

I had the honor of having him in my life the last few years and get to know that he was a good man. Sorry I can not have him as a friend for the future. Very sad for his family.

Brian you were a tremendous inspiration to us all, you lived your life with compassion, determination and a great sense of deep friendship with our class of "75". You will be missed and loved by your brothers. Meet you on the other side.
