Not sure what to say?

I just found this site and would like to add. It is funny how when you only see a person a couple times in 25 years how the memories that come to mind are of when we were kids. Most of my memories of Brian were on the farm all those years ago. He always wanted to help and always wanted to be in the middle of everything. Brian was an amazingly gentle soul. He had a great and wonderful heart. He will be truly missed on earth but is celebrated in heaven with Grandma and Grampa Wittmeyer. I...

I was never lucky enough to meet this man that my parents thought so much of, but his story has touched our hearts. Our condolences to his loved ones.

We will remember Brian as a nephew with a big heart and a warm and loving spirit. When we were able to see him over the years, we looked forward to the next visit, because his kindness and laughter were so much a part of Brian. He knew how to make Jack roar with laughter. We will keep his family in our prayers, and we are so grateful that he was part of our lives.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Whittmeyer

I am so sorry for your loss. Brian was somebody I will always remember as being full of life. He lived life to the fullest. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Brian was such a great guy. I look back on our high school days with so many great memories. Brian did it all!!! Football, homecoming King, hunting, the Senior Play , I Remember Mama. We had so much fun in that play. During the serious scenes Brian would be making faces trying to make us laugh. You could count on him to always do the right thing. He was nice and kind to everyone, smiling and always laughing!! I will miss him. To his wife and children , know that he is pain free and at peace...
