Not sure what to say?

I worked with/for Colonel/Dr Mick when he was the commanding officer of the 18th Field Hospital USAR in the later part of the 1990s and some thru 2004. He had to be the one commander who led by example and never criticized anyone in public, and when he had to correct someone, he did it graciously and without rancor. I learned how to be a leader from him. He was the best OIC that I ever experienced. I am sure he will be missed. I still miss him now, as well. I wish I could have blown "Taps" on...

We are so sorry for your loss. We just heard of his passing.

I only knew him from Twitter. He taught me about `Suzy chapstick´ , and many other interesting bits of information. He was brilliant, kind, charming and quite a teacher. My goodness, you who really knew him must feel so lost. My prayers for comfort to you. God, he loved you so.

I'm sorry for your loss. I only knew Dr. Mick from Twitter. He was a delight to read and so very smart.

To Nancy, Erin, Laurie, Jimmy, Wendy, Bobby, and Jeff and the rest of the family. I just learned of the passing of Dr. Brooks Mick. I called him Brooks. He and I were longtime colleagues in the practice of medicine at Hampton General and Mary Immaculate Hospitals. Brooks was one of the best. He not only displayed excellence in the practice of medicine but he also displayed genuine concern for his patients. He had an excellent bedside manner. I am sure all of you are receiving the important...

Mrs Nancy & family, so sorry to hear of Dr Mick's home going. Dr Mick will truly be missed! I worked with him at Sentara (Denbigh & Careplex) & he was a wealth of knowledge. I just saw him in October & we talked awhile. My heart is so heavy.... Praying for strength and comfort during this time....

To Dr Mick 's Family: Dr. Mick was my bestest doctor in the world. When he retired, I was happy for you all but so sad for us. He always listened to "anything " I had on my mind when it came to my medical concerns. He also was happy to show some family pictures, especially those of his grandson. Thank you for sharing him with us and sending lots of prayers.

My deepest condolences. May God's Holy Spirit be with the family. I pray that he brings comfort to you all at this hard time.

We really missed Dr. Mick when h retired. He was a Great Doctor.
