Not sure what to say?

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we were recently informed of Bruce’s death.
We first came across Dr Bruce Fergusson at Murdoch University. Our regular vet Dr Nikki Kirkwood had made the recommendation.
Bruce cared for our two boys – Sergie and Louis (blue healer beagle cross) whom had been diagnosed with IBD. Compassionate, funny, gentle and one of the most experienced and knowledgeable vets we had the pleasure to meet.
It is because of Bruce’s great...

To Bruce's family and friends:
I have just come across this very saddening notice of Bruce's passing as I searched the internet wondering where this gifted and compassionate vet was these days.
Bruce cared for our Lhasa Apso, Lamu from 2011 to 2013 when he was at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia.
We so appreciated the quality of his care of of Lamu - and of us - and his TCM knowledge and skill.
Following one of our early consultations, we we were inspired to...

While we did not know Bruce well, our family will miss seeing his smiling face as he traveled the neighborhood on his bike with Karen and the dogs alongside. Godspeed Bruce and thank you for your service.

As a neighbor and Vet. , Bruce will be greatly missed. We remember fondly his help and care when our golden retriever Louie was battling tumors. A trip to his Chi Institute was a great experience. We especially remember too when Karen was used as an experiment for acupuncture practice there. God speed Bruce!

My husband and I, along with our neighborhood, will miss Bruce's smiling face as he rode his bicycle, with his wife Suzanne, walking their two beautiful greyhound dogs. He was always open to helping us with any questions about our own dog's well being.
He was a blessing, and he will be missed.

I remember Dr. Ferguson when he practiced in St. Augustine and also many years ago, I took my animals to him in the Micanopy area. He was intelligent, kind and insightful. I am saddened to hear of his death.
