Not sure what to say?

Its hard to believe its been a year. I hope the family is comforted by what a wonderful man Bruce was. He made an impact on so many of us.

bobby bruce was the best grandpa ever

Bruce was one of my dearest friends in high school. and I will always miss him. We had the opportunity to play John and Elizabeth Proctor in the Crucible and I will always remember how important that work was to both of us. We learned a lot about faith and social justice and had the best of conversations. We stayed in touch during our college years and for awhile thereafter. I learned how very much he loved his wife and family and can only imagine how difficult this loss must be.

Bruce was one of my best friends in high school. Always remember our trip to the east coast in the summer of 68 to pack him out of Princeton and our visit to Manhattan.

Bruce made sure I was dialed in to the best emerging music, Doors, Buffalo Springfield, etc & also told me never wear a brown belt with black shoes.

He told me once that one of the problems in this world was that some street sweeper in Bombay will have 18 kids & we will only have 2 or 3. Looks like he made a...

He was admired and respected in his class. May he Rest In Peace and May his family not suffer.

I would like to tell about how Bruce & Lu Anne
would make everyone feel welcome. I got to know Bruce best, at some of the ward functions, and especially when he would host the neighborhood movies in his back yard. Even though he had health problems, he would always stay positive. What a Great Man & who we could call our friend.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Bruce certainly lived a full life. May you gain comfort from your beautiful memories while you pray to God for the strength to endure. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Lu Anne, I loved Bruce's goodness and friendship over the years since our time together in the charter class at law school. Such a generous heart. I share the knowledge of the inspired insight of the Prophet Joseph Smith who wrote of our time after this life, when "that same sociality which exists among us here will exist among there, only it will be coupled with eternal glory, which glory we do not now enjoy" (D&C 130:2).
