I MET BRUCE WHEN I WAS ABOUT 14 YEARS OLD, IN LINCOLN PARK, MICHIGAN,HE WAS A FRIEND OF A FRIEND THAT INTRODUCED US, DAVID OLSZEWSKI,IN THE EARLY 1970'S BRUCE WORKED CONSTRUCTION,HE HAD A FALL AND BROKE MANY BONES IN HIS BODY,THEY HAD HIM IN A DEVICE THAT HAD HIM IN TRACTION OR WHAT EVER IT WAS CALLED,THEY DID NOT EXPECT HIM TO LIVE, BUT BRUCE BEAT ALL THE ODDS AND RECOVERED,HE WAS WALKING AGAIN,YOU COULD NOT BREAK HIS SPIRIT.IN THE 1980'S DAVID...
