My wife and I stopped by the Ariel store in August 2017 while we were visiting from Florida. Bryan opened up his doors and invited us in to look at the store and view all his DB Cooper paraphernalia and talk about the history of the store and his family. Bryan, you couldn't have been more gracious to us and we're so glad we got to meet you. May you Rest In Peace

Bryan was a good friend of mine and an important member of his community. He'll be missed by many.

My condolences to the Elliott and Woodruff families and all the friends and relatives of Bryan. I knew him from my research on the DB Cooper case, and my many visits to the Ariel Tavern, especially for the annual parties. They were a blast and the highpoint of my social calendar!

I knew Bryan to be a kind and welcoming guy, and I respected his passion for writing poetry and his efforts to find a deeper spiritual meaning in life. He also cherished his mother, Dona, and honored her involvement in the Cooper case. I'll be raising a toast to Dona and Bryan at the next DB Cooper gathering, that is for sure.

I very much enjoyed your passion for the DB Cooper case and was very pleased to see you at the inaugural CooperCon event in 2018. By the way, now that you know the truth of it all, do you think you can send me a sign?

Rest in Peace brother.
