Buddy D. Allen age 78 of Sedalia died on August 12, 2009 at his home. He was born on June 22, 1931 in Pettis County son of Robert and Leah Houk Allen. He was married on September 18, 1951 in Sedalia to Kathryn L. Wade and she survives of the home. He attended a rural school in the Windsor area....
