Bud was my brother in law, pole partner, grunt, foreman and good friend. We fished together, crabbed together, worked together, laughed together and drank together. He always was thinking of ways to do whatever needed to be done, better. He was married to my wife´s sister and if it wasn´t for him asking me if I wanted to go meet up with his wife´s sisters one Friday night after a retirement party for Duane Smith, I probably wouldn´t be married to my lovely wife Susan.
