Burt Reynolds (1936 – 2018) was one of the biggest stars in Hollywood during the 1970s and 1980s. The magnetic actor was known for his roles in "The Longest Yard," "Deliverance," and the "Smokey and the Bandit" movies. He was nominated for an Oscar for his supporting role in "Boogie Nights." Man oh Man what a Sad sad day to loose such a great Actor. Burt you made me laugh my hind end of. Very funny but I really like you in your more serious roles Sharkys Machine, Heat,, and many more you had that crazy laugh we all loved I seen White Lightning when I was 10 yrs old it's still one of favorite movies you lived throughout the Golden age of filmmaking Rest in peace thanks for some awesome films And great memories Ken Stroud of Anderson Indiana

I went to school with burt and played football. We were close. I became a neuro surgeon but kept in touch. HE wanted me to analyze sally field's brain. It was his humor. RIP chooch and mangia meda.

You were always my favorite actor Burt, and the most handsome actor in Hollywood. I'm so grateful I got to meet you and will never forget the kind words you spoke to me.
