C. Brodie Garnett

I just learned of this terrible news on Christmas day 2023 from my sister Colleen. Linda passed away in February of 2019 so I can imagine what you are going through. Brodie was my roommate at CSU when we were freshmen, and we later shared an apartment, as sophomores. Brod and Sheron and Pat and I double dated for two years and really enjoyed each other´s company. Indeed, BRODIE loved his Chevys, whether they were Corvettes or hid Corvair Spider Monza. Some favorite times were dancing and drinking beer at the Red Garter or Bees ! Sure do miss you Brod, sorry to have fallen out of touch in recent years. Rick and Pat.

I knew Brodie and his family in the 1950's. We were in the Scouts together and I visited his home many times. A beautiful home on King's Point on the boundary of Lakewood and Wheat Ridge. I was looking for his name and discovered he has passed. Brodie was one of my best friends in my youth. He was one of a kind, the best person anyone could ever imagine. My heart aches. I was born March 19,1946 a few days after Brodie. I last saw him on his birthday in 1966.

Sincere condolences to the family, and many friends, of Brodie Garnett. He was simply one-of-a kind, and a remarkable man. Gifted in his ability to communicate, show his genuine concern and appreciation of others, and be an amazing friend. His wonderful sense of humor was unmatched. He will always occupy a special place in my heart and memories.
