Mr. Luongo selected my mother, Eleanor Stanifer Jacobs , as one of "America's Best 100". It brought her great delight- as did he.
A lovely man.

C. Paul was one a one-of-a-kind individual, for whom I will have many fond memories. The highlights must be sharing dining experiences in New York at places like the Rainbow Room and Cafe des Artistes, which certainly gave me a taste of the good life. C. Paul lived well, served his clients with dignity and always lived up to his famous "C. for Charisma" first name!
