Mr. Luongo selected my mother, Eleanor Stanifer Jacobs , as one of "America's Best 100". It brought her great delight- as did he.
A lovely man.

How may I contact his family to give them and share our condolences? I just found out today. I knew him since the late 70's when I started studying music in Boston and working for airlines (yes at the same time). I gave him a small miniature painting of the Boston Commons that I painted just before I moved to Florida, wrote a dedication on the back for him and I would hate to think that it got thrown out with the garbage. Please see photo of painting. He will always be in my thoughts and prayers as he always was. Sincerely, Stella

C Paul was a special person who always came to visit me at the Sheraton Boston Hotel since the late 70's I will always remember our talks and going to symphony hall together my husband and I had the pleasure of going to his 80th birthday at the Park Plaza. C. Paul was one a one-of-a-kind individual, for whom I will have many fond memories. The highlights must be sharing dining experiences in New York at places like the Rainbow Room and Cafe des Artistes, which certainly gave me a taste of the good life. C. Paul lived well, served his clients with dignity and always lived up to his famous "C. for Charisma" first name!
