Not sure what to say?

I can't tell you why, but for some reason this lovely man's memory popped into my head this evening, 50 years after I first met him. I was a student at the University of Florida, and was not well, and had been admitted to the infirmary. My physician asked for a psychiatric consult and in walked Dr. Yozgat. I had fond memories of Yozy as I called him. One day I stopped by his office and chatted with him. He was so greateful as he had nothing to do and thanked me for coming to rescue him from boredom. We started talking about Turkey and I added my time that I had spent there while in the Navy. We pulled off a piece of desk calendar and he drew a map of Turkey to aid our discussion. My deepest sympathies to Dr Yozgat's family. I had the privilege to work with him at Meridian for several years and greatly admired him for his integrity and wonderful stories. He always took time to be kind to other no matter their station in life and was a wonderful mentor.
