Not sure what to say?

I am MSc Dance Science researcher. It is very sad to hear that Cadence passed away last year. I have been researching creativity and artistry in the ballet class and came across Cadence's Whittier research and books. I am an RAD ballet teacher, and I am interested in integrating her ideas, which are fantastic, into ballet training. I am in the process of applying for a post doctorate at Trinity Laban to explore this very topic. Please accept my condolences.

I was one Cadence's nurses caring for her in the Hospice/Palliative Care Unit of Strong Memorial Hospital where she ultimately passed away. It's been a year now, but she remains in my heart and memory. Her kindness, beauty, and grace were impressive.

I am profoundly sorry to hear of the loss of this amazing woman. I only learned yesterday of her passing. Cadence was diagnosed with breast cancer one year after I was. My heart aches for her family. She was truly a lovely, lovely person. I will miss seeing her and being inspired by her. My deep condolences to her family.

Cadence's smile, laughter, and enthusiasm made any gathering of friends more joyful. I have fond memories of our high school ski and camping trips, school dances, and dinner outings to Applebees (where the rest of us would eat hamburgers and french fries, and Cadence, out of dedication to her dance training, would order plain chicken breasts and steamed vegetables. :-) As friends we were always so proud to see her perform in the Nutcracker Ballet! Cadence touched so many lives, including...

I had the privilege of being one of the lucky nurses to have taken care of Cadence. I was in awe of her always sweet and graceful demeanor despite the challenges she faced. Her lovely family are special people as well.

I will always remember Cadence and her infectious laugh. The way she would run and play with the kids at Larry and Susan's house. You would never know if she wasn't feeling well because all the kids just wanted to play with Aunt Cadence and she wouldn't disappoint them. She was a thoughtful listener as I would catch several glimpses through the years of her speaking with her Grandma Flo or her Great Aunt Mary. She will be missed. I'm so very sorry for this terrible loss Diane, Mike and Casey....

Such a pleasure to meet Cadence and Dustin and her family and friends. Sending love and hugs for everyone. She was a wonderful, caring, happy woman. I am lucky to have met her.
