Caleb Graves

I remember Mr Graves from my very early childhood at Taylor´s Barbershop. My dad and I went there for haircuts and to get our shoes shined. A few years later in 1959 we moved into the house that was next door to his brother Mr Burrell Graves. I would see him then when he would come by to visit family. They later bought there own establishment down off East Commerce Graves Brother´s Barbershop. Yes I remember him from a kid to adulthood as a very good man.

I grew up at Taylor's Barbershop as child. Caleb's brother was my neighbor and barber. These two men were pillars of the Eastside. Entrepreneurs opening the Graves Barbershop on East Commerce. He will be missed.
