Not sure what to say?

As a kid growing up in Livingston I played pickup baseball games and Calvin was the catcher. He was a really good one too. I am so sorry read about his passing. Chris Valdez

Cal was one of the great Hawaii artists—his works exude spirituality. He left behind a legacy of beauty and peace.

Some of my best memories of Sierra Leone involve Cal and many were preceded by him saying, "Aw come on, we can do this." Part of his legacy is a school he helped me build. He is missed.

A content and gentle soul, Cal faced his impending death with remarkable acceptance and peace. He tread very lightly on the Earth, yet left a unforgettable legacy in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

May You Be At Peace, Calvin.

Cal an artist we are grateful for having shared creative spirits in life. He graced the stage with beautiful inspirations and humble presence.
