It is with immeasurable grief that one sustains when losing such a close friend as I have. Carl set a standard of the highest integrity in all his dealings in life, whether it be his fellow man, family, or his practice. It was so easy to admire such an individual and I always held him in the highest esteem for these commitments he set for himself.
