Not sure what to say?

Carl was my cousin and we used spend a lot summers together in Pennsylvannia. I was a little older and was allowed to drive our grandfather's dirt bike. I remember giving Carl rides and the big smile on his face when we would take off, blazing new trails through the woods.
Carl was a great human being and will greatly be missed here on earth.
I love you Carl.
cousin Bill

Carl was my cousin and my thoughts and prayers are with his family. I have many wonderful memories of the time I shared with Carl. Until we meet again in Glory,I will miss you Carl.

Carl was one of the most kind people I have known. His positive attitude and kindness were at times a great inspiration to me and undoubtedly to many of those that came in contact with him. His good spirit was evident on the softball field as well as the other aspects of his life that I had the honor of participating in. I know his spirit will live on in the lives that he touched. His love and devotion towards his family was obvious. He will no doubt be missed by all who knew him.

Carl was my cousin and will always remember him as the loving little boy with a sweet smile and baseball hat. He grew into this incredible man who loved his wife, children and grandchildren with his whole heart. I will remember Carl as the proud father and grandfather seeing his face light up as he held them.

Carl was my cousin and I have many years of memories with him. I remember times at Hawkeye Park, Aunt Jane & Uncle Rick's first house, Carl & Gina's wedding and many family functions. Carl's positive spirit and sense of humor touched my life. He will be missed. Much love to Gina, Josh, Rhianna and Aunt Marilyn.

We thank GOD for a Nephew, like Carl, he brought so much love into our family, and left us with wonderful memories we will cherish forever. We love you Carl& miss you so much. One day we will meet again God's Blessings Gina,Josh,Rhinna,& Mother Marilyn

Gina, Janey and I are very sorry to hear about Carl's passing, we can only imagine the pain you are going through. We have known Carl for many years and we will always remember his laugh and wonderful smile, he always showed so much respect to all his family. He was a bright light in every one's day. Always full of jokes and funny stories. Thank you Carl for touching our lives.I will close with one of my favorite poems that could very well have been written for Carl.

Carl was my nephew. I lived in Penryn,CA on 3 acres. After his Uncle Frank passed away, he would come out & help me with lawn, pasture & other misc. jobs. I will miss his sweet smile & loving attitude. He could make me laugh anytime. I will miss him so much. My heartfelt sympathy goes to my sweet sister Marilyn, Gina, Josh & Rianna. You will be missed, but never forgotten.
Aunt Carole and Sam

On January 20, 2005, Cousin Carl passed away at the age of 40. Cousin Carl battled brain cancer for over 17 months while taking advantage of his remaining time enjoying exotic trips and telling everyone he loved how important they were to him. Cousin Carl never complained of his situation and even as he became too weak to sit up in bed, he retained the same wit and charm that drew people towards him. Cousin Carl was the one person that you would always look for at the party, call if you had...
