Very sorry to learn of Carl's passing. Although I have not seen Carl for many years, I never forgot him.

I want to express my sympathy to the Lowman family Carl and I were close friends since 1970. He was a very special person and was good to mostly everyone . I will truly miss him . I am so sorry that I'm unable to attend his services but he will forever remain in my heart. We were very close you might say we were soul mate.and I loved him dearly.
