I want to express my sympathy to the Lowman family Carl and I were close friends since 1970. He was a very special person and was good to mostly everyone . I will truly miss him . I am so sorry that I'm unable to attend his services but he will forever remain in my heart. We were very close you might say we were soul mate.and I loved him dearly. HE is now in a better place and he truly loved his family and the Lord. To God be the glory for having him in my life . He surely was a treasure to me . Love always , Elayne
