Carol knew I was a crazy cat lady. So—what did she do? She created and bought me all kinds of cat stuff to indulge my addiction. Cups, saucers, plates, and dishes she added to my collection of live, material, as well as virtual kitties—this included food that looks like cats for people! These were her gifts to me. My deepest sympathy to you all. I was blessed to have known and worked with Carol at a summer program at Charter Oak. My daughter also knew her through Wolcott School. What a loving, caring and genuine lady. The love she had for her students and those around her was evident in all she did. She was bubbly, kind and had a warm beautiful smile. I am so sorry for your loss - it's a huge one indeed. I worked with Carol at Lollipop Tree Nursery School many years ago & would see her from time to time over the years. Carol was a very special person who could always find the good in everyone. She was fun-loving, caring, kind and had such a wonderful, magical way with young children. She will be missed.

Our 3rd grader Norah cried tonight about Miss G and how much she will miss her....we are so sad for your family but know that she was much loved and had such a full life that was rich in the things that matter!
