Carol Ann Campo Isaacs

Carol Ann Campo Isaacs passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the age of 71. She was the cherished wife of 29 years to Thomas J. Isaacs. Loving mother of Dr. Harold David Kennedy (Mary), Darryl Andrew Kennedy (fiancé of Sheri Sheasby), Cheryl Ann Kennedy, Debra Sargent (Kent), Laura Ross (James), Chad Isaacs (Christina) and Shelly Campus. Daughter of the late Martin and Josephine Campo. Sister of Patricia Nunez, Peggy Evans, Betty Fahm, Ronnie Campo, Rickey Campo and the late Curtis Campo and Alvin Campo. Proud grandmother of Connor Joseph Kennedy, Caroline Marie Kennedy, Brooke Ashley Kennedy, Jade Michael Kennedy, Katie Sargent, Samantha Ross, Jaymi Ross, Morgan Isaacs, Christian Isaacs, Anthony Campus and Kai Campus. She is also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Carol was born in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish, where she enjoyed painting, gardening, crafts and candle making. She was well loved and will be forever remembered as a loving and loyal wife, mother, grandmother, sister and a friend of many. She was a fabulous cook who treasured her family. Her recipes will be enjoyed and cherished for generations to come. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering to be held at OUR LADY OF LOURDES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2621 Colonial Blvd, Violet, LA ON Friday, May 5th from 11:00AM – 12:00PM, followed by a Memorial Mass in Carol's memory beginning at 12:00PM.
