Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Peet was my kindergarten teacher at Bayview Public School, where I attended until grade 8. She was my all time favourite teacher with a heart of gold. Winning the students over year after year, creating lasting memories. She will be greatly missed and I forever hold her dear in my heart. Biggest hugs! Carol xo

Mrs. Peet was my teacher in junior kindergarten back in 1968-69. At the end of each day, we'd sing "Until another day, we fold our hands and pray..." She left Maple Leaf School the following year, so I never saw her again. I have often wondered what became of her. From the notice, I have learned that she led a full and happy life and that she was a blessing to everyone around her. May God bring you comfort during this difficult time.

I am so very sorry to hear of Carol's passing. I know she was very much loved - I particularly remember her joyful giggle. Much love and deepest sympathies to the family - Drum, Ty & Hilary, and Tara.

We feel truly blessed to have had Carol in our lives. Her attitude throughout her illness was so positive, with kindness and love for everyone she knew. When someone becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. Carol, you are our treasure.

Drum, Ty and Tara, we are so saddened at our aunt's passing. Many wonderful memories of her happy personality, undying energy and her openness to welcome all who knew her. We will miss her greatly. Love from all of us.

You were a wonderful kindergarten teacher, teaching us kindness, empathy and sharing. I bring what you taught me into my own classroom everyday and into life. Very saddened by the news.

Carol--You touched so many lives and will be remembered by so many of us. Your positive attitude towards life is an example to us all. Til we meet again.

Cherished memories of your friendship with my sister, Jean Dey, and for your
loving guidance to my sons, Leigh and Adam Clarke at a very young age. My thoughts and prayers for family.

Mrs Peet, I know the day comes when we are called back to our Creator but that does not make it any easier for any of us. Funny how most of my public school memories are from kindergarten, goes to show the impact on lives you had. The wax birthday cake was brought out to celebrate each birthday as they came. I also remember you telling me one day when my sister and I were picking up her children from school "Sheri, if you want me to teach your children you had better hurry up and have them"....
