I met Carole in the early 90s when I moved to Boston from the UK and worked with her on the Gillette account at Envision. What a privilege it was to work there with such a wonderful group of people with joyful Carole at the centre of it all. What energy and warmth she had. The world is a greyer place without her. She will be hugely missed.
