I know that Carols memory will live on in you, her family, always. You will think of her with a SMILE and a sweetness will stir in you hearts as you remember the strong, compassionate, dedicated mother, wife and friend to so many in the community, who has left a guiding force in your life. I am sure at this point she is so proud of the way you all have moved on with your lives using her loving dedication to guide you. Be happy and remember her sweetly as you take on the future!

Sammy this is such sad news! My heart goes out to you and your family in this time of loss! I will always remember Carol as that sweet, beautiful, funny roommate of mine in Wilson Dorm at ECU, who was "head over heels" in love with that local boy...Sammy Pugh! What a wonderful life the two of you have shared since those early days! Will try to attach a pic of our final year at ECU in Fletcher Dorm! Such great memories!
