Carole E. Gifford

From a Youngstown/Liberty Township Resident: Carole sounds like a lovely person. I have several family members and former neighbors who lived and worked in places like Carole did. This was a good are to grow up in and I am glad I returned after living and working elsewhere. I extend my condolences to her numerous family members and with them peace and comfort during their time here.
