Not sure what to say?

She was the most fun person to play tennis with or to do anything with. She had great instructions. If you find a bra that fits, buy ten. She would say "fault" when a serve was out, not just boring "out.' She and Mike were a blessing in my life. Merry Penfield

Loved playing tennis with her and I treasure her wisdom. Who else would proclaim, "maintain the table" when everyone got up to help clear at a dinner party or, "if you find a bra that fits, buy ten?" I am most grateful to have known her.

Caroline is with me every time I play tennis. She never called a ball out; it was always fault in a most superior tone of voice. She shared invaluable advice. If you find a bra that fits, buy ten. I rejoice that I was lucky enough to know her and Mike. Merry penfield

We spent the day with Khunie on Little Deer Isle when I worked as a ranger at Acadia in the summer of 1995. My grandmother, Bettie Keating (long-time friend of Khunie), spent the night at the Little Deer Isle house and we retrieved her the next day and were treated to a boat ride around the island by Khunie. What a ball of wonderful energy she was. My mother, Sherry Keating, still talks about going up to NY with your family and the poodles and swimming, etc. She will be greatly missed,...

Michael, Sarah and Peter,
Your mother was loved dearly by her Virginia friends. She will be sadly missed. She left indelible memories of her kindness, common sense, face the difficulties and get it done attitude, compassion and her ever present sense of humor. Both she and your Dad were critical aspects of my early family life, from baptizing Gabriel to nurturing Meghan, who had the idea she was Mattie poodle' s puppy! May knowing she was loved by so many others comfort you in your...

Caroline was an impressive figure, and a practical one at that. Her ability to oversee big houses, whether Brookline or Newton, keep track of three youngsters - and Mike ! - was a kind of model. A good listener, quick to respond to a question or joke, smiling most when things got tough, Ann and I profited from her almost reflexive common sense...and her generosity. As I wrote to Tony Stoneburner, we still have the couch she gave us just after Mike and Tony married us 40 years ago June.

To All the Bloy clan....I first met your mother, grandmother at the reversal dinner after party for Sarah and David as she strode in adetrrmined fashion across the floor of the Island country Club.

Iknew I had met a soul mate.We developed a great friendship playing tennis and sailing the Pearson.

She validated for me some 26 years her junior that it was just fine to be who you are and also one could be a fine servant of God without going to church,if one was serving the...

Bill and I will miss Caroline ever so much. We have dozens of Bloy tales - some of our most fun times were with them. Watching Wimbledon on the deck with the TV under the trees; tennis at Blue Hill, sailing yarns. We send Pete, Michael and Sarah our love and sympathy, Merry and Bill Penfield

My heart goes out to you all, we buried our Mother last week.Little Deer isle will seem so different with out them! How time has flown by since you and I were kids
