Not sure what to say?

Dear Dick and family,
Please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of your mother. We will remember her in our prayers.

In loving memory of a warm, graceful and caring woman, Mrs. McDonough. My prayers and thoughts are with my dear friend Ellen and family.

What a wonderful and graceful woman your mother was! I know that my parents, Betty and Fritzie (as your mother called him) have welcomed her already with open arms. The passing of our mothers has saddened me as much as their lives have inspired me. I know that their friendship will never end.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

Mrs. McDonough was one of the sweetest persons I have ever known, and I always looked forward to seeing her at Mather when I visited. My mother, Marge Cotter, was friends with Carol since childhood throughout her life including both being members of the "Bag Ladies" club and their years at Mather of Wilmette. My mom got a head start in 2012 getting heaven ready for Carol's arrival. I know she will be glad to see her, but I know Carol's family and friends here are grieving without her. ...

Lucky McDonough family to have had this lovely lady for a lifetime. Carol was a beautiful role model, showing the path to a life lived well. Her great love will endure in each of you.

Your Mom was a wonderful lady and great friend of my Mom's. My prayers are with all the McDonough's at this difficult time. She will continue to shine her light on all of you.
