Read MoreI worked for Sally at the Knickerbocher Hotel - I was her hostess for a few years. I'll never forget the day she hired me. She asked me "what name would you like me to call you", adding "there can be only one SALLY in this restaurant"!! She will be missed. She taught me alot. My brother Kim, who was one of her chefs, will also never forget her!
