Carolyn was a lovely young lady that grew up in Westchester as the sweet and smart sister of my little brother Don's friends Art & Richard. I'm terribly sorry that she had such a battle with her illness but it sounds like it didn't slow her down for an minute. Carolyn was my SKAL buddy. It was always a joy to meet her for dinner at these hospitality industry events. She always had a HUGE smile which was totally contagious! No matter how busy she was with her life she always made time to come to these meetings and was always on time! (unlike me). She was a great friend and will be so very much missed.
