Dear Casey,

It was many years ago that I met you on that one occasion at the old library. How impressed I was by your outgoing personality and skill; how grateful we were to have your help during the childrens program. You were astonishing and a lot of fun, and children and adults alike were simply drawn to you. And it was warm and lovely to witness how deeply you were loved and cherished by your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I knew Casey as a music student at UNC Charlotte great young man. Sad to hear of his passing.
