Not sure what to say?

I was very sorry to hear of the loss of a great nurse. Cass was compassionate nurse toward the veterans she served. She was an unyielding advocate for her patient’s care and needs. That is what I will always remember and respect her for. Cass will be deeply missed here at the VA in Salt Lake City.

She was one of the best people I ever met. She treated everyone with dignity and respect. I was always happy when I saw her on the unit.

My heart sank to my feet when I heard the news about Cass. I worked with Cass at the VA Hospital for about five years. What a great person, with a huge heart, and a big smile. I will always remember her call for our assistance, "Hey PT".
My condolences to the family, friends, co-workers and the many, many people who's life she has touched.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Cassie's family. She was a fun person and always easy to get along with. I enjoyed spending 2 years in nursing school with Cass and will miss her. She was a strong woman and I will always admire her.

To Cassandra's family I send my condolence. I know many people at the VFW post 4355, though I moved to Montana ten years ago, I still drop in to share time with my old friends. I may have not know all their names but I knew all the names they were lovingly called. My sister Joanne and brother Ben both are RN's at the VA hospital in Salt Lake and probably worked with Cassandra but I'm not sure. My prayers are with Cassandra and she is knowing we are all here in prayer as sits with or...

I went to nursing school at the University of Utah with Cass. She was such a wonderful person to be around. Everyone in the nursing program loved Cass. I was so saddened to hear of this tragedy. She will be missed.

OH CASS! WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH YOU WILL BE MISSED. YOU ARE TRULY ONE OF A KIND, NOBODY COULD EVER TAKE YOUR PLACE. YOU HAVE TOUCHED SO MANY LIVES WITH YOUR KIND HEART. I ONLY HOPE THAT ONE DAY I WILL BE AS GREAT OF NURSE AS YOU WERE. I THANK GOD THAT I MET YOU, I FEEL SO BLESSED TO HAVE KNOWN SOMEONE LIKE YOU. YOU WILL ALWAYS AND FOREVER BE REMEMBERED.

A wonderful and very caring person. Cass always had a smile for you. She enjoyed life and helped others to enjoy and have a good life. Cass will be missed by many many of us.
