Catherine Piotrowski

A graduate of Schwenksville High School, I began teaching in 1968 and learned to call her Kit instead of Mrs. Piotrowski. She was a wonderful person and was a wonderful role model for me as a beginning teacher. She always cared about her students. After I moved from the Perkiomen Valley and occasionally returned, it was a delight to run into her when she was representing the library at one of the local shopping centers or grocery stores with the annual library raffle. Ms Piotrowski was my first grade teacher many many years ago. She was a sweet woman with a very kind heart. My condolences to the family.
