Not sure what to say?

Cathy, was an amazing teacher and I worked with her for 3 years. She had such a passion for all her students to be successful. Her approach to every challenge was different and she would de-escalate any situation with her calmness approach. My condolences and prayers go out to you all!

I miss her terribly!

Cathy was a sweet neighbor to me for these past 18 years. My condolences to her family at this sad time. The Bettes Family

Cathy and I worked together to teach English as a second language. She was a exceptional volunteer - always willing to do whatever was needed, spending her time preparing activities, and showing love, patience, and encouragement to the students. She will be truly missed not only as a volunteer, but also as a good friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dan,Sarah, and Lisa, when I think of Cathy I feel strength and patience. Through Cathy's life I was able to grow and find comfort in my own journey. Always with a smile on her face,is what I see. Her gentleness is what I have prayed for. What a blessing Cathy was to my life. Besides, Lisa you and your mom share my birthday September 30. I always got a birthday call from Cathy. I will miss my friend greatly. Girls, you can always call if you need anything. Love Ya'll

Dear Dan, Sarah, and Lisa,

I am so sorry for your loss. Cathy was a great teacher and was always very kind. I remember how she used to advise Sarah and me to "kill them with kindness" whenever childhood scuffles were getting to us. She helped us to keep the high ground, even when others were being rude or difficult. I found her kindness inspirational.

I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers in this difficult time.

Love,

Julia

I am so sorry for your loss. Cathy was such a wonderful person. She helped me so much when I returned to teaching at the Oaks....never too busy to answer a question or share a teaching strategy. I will never forget her caring attitude!!

Cathy was a wonderful person who touched so many lives. I know that she really touched mine. She will be greatly missed but her legacy lives on through her wonderful family. The family is in my thoughts and prayers as they go through this painful time.

Dear Dan, Lisa, Sarah & Julian,
I was so very sorry to hear Cathy was called home so suddenly. Working as a counselor at Oaks Elementary, I became friends with Cathy. She touched the minds and hearts of each of her students. Cathy was so proud of her family! Sarah & Lisa you were blessed to have a mother filled with love & compassion. Hold on to the memories you share & know she is watching over you.
Sincerely,
Sheila Lilley
